LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE/Gray News) - Officials say a 15th victim from the UPS plane crash in Louisville has died. In a Facebook post, the mayor shared that Alain Rodriguez Colina died early Christmas morning from injuries he sustained from the crash.
