A massive winter storm paralyzed the Greater Toronto Area on Thursday, resulting in hundreds of highway crashes, school closures, and transit delays.
Go Transit says there are currently “significant delays” for train service on the Lakeshore East Line following reports of a collision between a snowplow and a Via Rail train around 2 p.m.
